About Jasmine

  • Jasmine is passionate about working with others and helping them to achieve their full potential. She enjoys the diversity of seeing individuals from various backgrounds and actively seeks to take clients from all walks of life. She has experience working with a wide range of issues from depression to sexual identity exploration in young adults. Jasmine operates from a cognitive-oriented approach but often utilizes approaches from Solution-Focused Therapy. She believes that the client is the expert in the room and seeks to aid them in their journey of self-discovery and growth.
