About Kashmere

  • Kashmere is delighted to work with individuals from all walks of life. She enjoys working with clients who struggle to feel connected to their environment and those around them. Her training so far has utilized Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for depression and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) for trauma-based issues. Her experiential and humanistic mindset fosters connection and sincerity. Kashmere takes pride in creating a warm and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves.
