Areas of Treatment

Krystin is passionate about helping individuals of all ages find their own voice by meeting them where they are and working with them towards their goals. She has training in play and activity therapy and she employs a variety of treatment modalities which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Person-Centered, Social-Emotional Learning, and Play Therapy techniques. She has worked with individuals who have experienced trauma as well as facilitated groups for depression and mentorship for young ladies navigating teenage years.
