Joining Alliance Child & Family Solutions as a graduate practicum student, Hellen is excited to have the opportunity to work alongside other like-minded professionals. Hellen is interested in working with couples, individuals, and families. Stemming from Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy models, Hellen’s approach to therapy focuses on empowering individuals by encouraging them to draw solutions from within by focusing on the strengths they already possess.
