Areas of Treatment:

Mary has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy across several specific areas such as abuse, trauma, and depression. She believes people are resilient and can make powerful changes with the right support and resources. Persons seeking recovery from abuse, drug or alcohol use, obesity, chronic disease, trauma, relationship problems, domestic violence, child protective services involvement, self-destructive behavior, grief, and loss of situational stress would be an ideal client to work with. Mary believes that human connection is the most powerful therapeutic tool.
