About Amy

Amy graduated with her degree in mathematics in 2008 from the University of West Florida.  After teaching high school for 3 years she went to the oil and gas industry.  Amy worked with various non-profits during her tenure at the company.  She did all the public relations and community relations for the company with her team that she created.  Amy then worked with the Como Community Center Project in Fort Worth before becoming the Director of Philanthropy for Cuisine for Healing where she helped secure their current building and kitchen renovations.  After leaving Cuisine for Healing she worked at Presbyterian Night Shelter as their Director of Development.  She worked on annual giving, events, grants, direct mail, and many other development tasks. Amy has a strong passion for helping the vulnerable and has a servant’s heart for the non-profit community.  In her free time she enjoys volunteering, being a part of Junior League of Fort Worth, and trying new restaurants.
