Alliance Child & Family Solutions, ACFS Texas, offers Medical Nutrition Therapy for clients who meet the following criteria:
- Have diabetes, OR
- Have kidney disease, OR
- Have had a kidney transplant in the last 36 months,
- AND whose doctor or other health care provider refers them for the service.
Our services are provided by Registered and Licensed Dietitians (RD, LD) and are available both in-home or at any of our convenient Dallas-Fort Worth office locations.
