Greater Access & Partnership Program (GAPP)
The GAPP works alongside law enforcement to bridge the gap between individuals needing help and the resources that exist to serve the need. This multi-pronged approach for long-term crisis resolution will include Case Management, Teletherapy Counseling, and the support of a Community Liaison. This ground-breaking program will reform the process of crisis management, create a positive image of law enforcement, and reduce the cycle of repeated interactions between local police and community members.
ACFS has launched the following initiatives to expand to more community residents with unique mental health needs. While several programs were initially launched with the intention of being in-home, all program are currently virtual via telehealth due to the current pandemic. However, our focus on underserved communities is unwavering.
Currently all of our Initiatives are available via Telehealth:
School-based telehealth counseling services to support children and families.
Alliance at Home
Our in-home clinical mental health counseling program for homebound seniors facing serious mental illness or experiencing difficulty accessing care.
Our in-home counseling and support program for children in foster care and their families.
