Ana is Bilingual in Spanish and English. She has experience working with children and adolescents who have suffered from a range of issues, including ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, and other childhood-onset disorders as well as various types of trauma. Ana has experience with adults experiencing adjustment issues, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, poor coping. Ana works with all ages, individuals, couples, and families. She uses solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy and other therapy modalities to assist clients through the counseling process.
