Kirstan is passionate about walking alongside those in pursuit of growth and healing. Specifically, she enjoys working with adults using a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to create long-lasting changes in thought and behavior patterns. Kirstan works to provide a safe and genuine space for clients to come as they are, process presenting concerns, and pursue growth. While her experience is primarily with young adults, she looks forward to exploring work with groups, couples, and transpersonal counseling.
